An exciting, immersive week of printmaking and connecting with printmakers from around the country.

Choose the 4-day course or 2 x 2-day courses from the 7 options with accommodation and meals all on site.

Workshops: 4-day $396, 2-day $198

Workshops are on Monday, Tuesday, then again on Thursday, Friday leaving a free day on Wednesday to explore Wellington's galleries, cafes, sight see, etc.

There will be an extra cost for materials specific to each workshop. You will be informed with workshop confirmation.

Accommodation and meals: $618

Queen Margaret College Hostel, 53 Hobson Street, Wellington 6011 from Sunday 7 - Friday 12 January 2024. Your booking is an all inclusive cost to cover 5 nights, 5 breakfasts, 4 lunches and 4 dinners.

Cancellation policy - Cancellations of the 50% deposit will be refunded less 15% administration fee until early November. Cancellation of full payment after 20 November - there will be no refunds unless in exceptional circumstances (at the discretion of the Executive).

2. Numa MacKenzie: Moana Block - Moana Prints - $198

Monday 8 & Tuesday 9 January

Join me, Numa Mackenzie aka Numa Nature’s Gentleman, to learn about traditional and contemporary printing techniques of the moana.

You will be cutting your own unique patterns into wood? blocks to print on to fabric, big and small. Once you've cut your blocks, we will use vibrant colours to explore these designs with layering or colour layout.

Some fabric will be provided but you are encouraged to bring whatever fabric/ clothing you have, and we will print as much as the ink will allow.
